This committee have met and are focussing on delivering the national competitions to the highest level possible in 2025. We want to see engagement from the wider community and really bolster both the number and the level of competitors getting involved in the different championships. We have so much to be proud of on the back of the performances of Irish champions at the Worlds competition and the aim is to continue to push that level and engage more of the coffee professionals within Ireland.
